"Telelavoro Emergenziale"

Nella normativa sul lavoro pubblico statiunitense1 è richiesto ai lavoratori di ripiegare sul “Telelavoro Emergenziale” in occorrenza di situazioni di crisi locale o generale (di ordine pubblico, sanitaria,2 etc.) ufficialmente dichiarata.3

Fondamentalmente sia gli altri tipi episodici di Telelavoro (“medicale”, “imprevisto“, “situazionale“) che quello “di routine” (abituale, regolare4 o core; U.S. OPM, 2011) comprendono fra i propri scopi intrinsechi l’abilitazione di quanta più forza lavoro possibile5 alla continuità operativa in qualsiasi situazione.

Il Governo Federale impiega il Telelavoro, fra gli altri scopi, come un modo per promuovere la continuità delle operazioni consentendo agli impiegati federali di continuare il proprio lavoro in un luogo alternativo approvato […] si raccomanda fortemente le agenzie di predisporsi a preparare impiegati “pronti al Telelavoro” perché lo possano mettere in pratica ed abbiano accesso ai sistemi e network di ciascuna agenzia quale contromisura in caso di emergenza  (U.S. OPM, 2018);
